All true. it is repetitive which is why i think some people get crabby when they answer, they have answered many times before. However you should note that while it is not your first time and you possess more knowledge (supposedly), it most likely is their first time and they possess less knowledge which is why they are asking.
they do not see their question as dumb or answered a million times, they just want to understand the subject and have not trained in it. You see it as elementary level crap because you have spent years studding this stuff, it is so easy, why can they not just understand or research more. You just want them to go away but you (hopefully) have a good heart and try to help them but get all elitist about it because you are annoyed. they see it as insulting, which it is. bottom line is if you are at that stage it is best simply to go away for a while till it is fresh and new again or you achieve a different life view.

Have you learned nothing in school? NOTHING good will come out of it. Your brain and liver will thank you when you are older. Underage drinking seems "fun" but the amount of deaths per year is too many. I mean if you like being dead or having long term brain damage for some "fun" that everyone will forget and look back at as being stupid go for it. If you value you future, life, and friends, pressure them not to go.

B- Learn to be secure in who you are so you do not allow anyone to pressure you into anything at anytime

C- realize that at your age socializing is important but if you use your head you will be able to play off any situation and look cool without being a big D, and not put yourself in a situation you are not able to handle.

So My favorite might be Luke but Yvonne Ho would be a close second and the new hot af Maxine (i think that's her name) is a rising star imho, followed by Terrance then Linus and Nick Light are tied followed by everyone else. It is also my opinion that at certain times i really have no favorite character as much like the i7 vs R7 1700 each has their own special assets that shine in the right light. The LMG group seems to be a very strong bunch of highly skilled people with talent oozing from their pores.

Then go with a i3 7350K or a G4560. The 7100 isn't really worth it.

You will notice an improvement yes, but the FX series of chips are horribly out dated. You would be better off saving up your money a bit more, to around 400 so you can get a new CPU/Mobo/Ram. Would be a much wiser, and long term investment instead of an old FX chip that will have the same problems you are experiencing right now with your TRI Core chip soon.

take a look at some used i5s, like the 4xxx series. LGA 1150 boards are also pretty cheap

8 gigs of DDR4 will probably end up being like $60-70, because DDR4 has jacked up pricing right now.
 
So we're right around $300 to bring the core of your system totally up to date (assuming you don't need to get a PSU as well, which would tack on another $50).
 
Other than that, assuming you don't have an OEM motherboard and power supply, you could either take a stab at unlocking your triplecore, or grab a used phenom II for like $50-60, but at that point you're playing with fairly ancient hardware.

Get an R7 1600 then they are pretty awesome

seeing as both cpus would have more than enough power to run the rx 480 to its full potential i would choose the 1600 as it has more cores and will be better in other tasks besides gaming.

The final word imo is that anything above or below a intel i7 7700k is dead. when you are talking hundreds of frames it no longer matters really in gaming especially as so many people game on 60hz monitors and will never see more than 60fps in a game anyway. you are so much better served by the Ryzen platform imo as it does not hit the wall in gaming like an i5 therefore getting superior gaming and vastly superior productivity. There is no real wrong choice between the 2 though. either is simply marvelous.
