  1. But do you have some high end models at your job? I think it is maybe because it is a new model that I can't find any info.Mhm I'll have to wait I guess. Thanks though.
  2. Just wanting to know if anyone found some usefull review except the one from bit-tech. This monitor looks to be a great one with a good price but I need more reviews to make my decision. for 440 bucks it is tempting but not sure if I will be dissapointed because it is a TN panel. Although the bit-tech reviewer wrote that it had decent colors for a TN panel. Hope anybody has more information about this monitor. Peace.
  3. Thank's alot but nearly 1000 euros is out of my comfort zone XD. But still nice suggestion.
  4. And heavier =D. But I nearly made up my mind. Thank's for the advise.
  5. Even though it is like 180 eurosmore expensive?
  6. But Hyperthreading doesn't really help for gaming right? Even though it is a bonus the price goes also up a bit and the tranfer speeds are less good on the HDD then the HP.
  7. Hello, The titel says actually everything. Between a decent refurbished 830 euros Dell gaming laptop that isn't that bad and a new HP laptop (I don't really carry HP in my hart....it's nearly hatred) wich one of my friends has and is good (from his perspective). Why I hesitate is because of the price. the Dell laptop costs 830 euros with shipping and the HP OMEN costs around 650 and 1000 euros (if you are lucky enough to find it at 650-700 euros because it is mostly at 1000 bucks). Dell INPIRON specs: 6th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-6700HQ Quad Core (6M Cache, up to 3.5 GHz) 15.6 inch 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) Truelife LED-Backlit Touch Display with Wide Viewing Angle (IPS) Genuine Windows 10 Home English NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX™ 960M with 4GB GDDR5 1TB (5400 RPM) SATA Hybrid Hard Drive with 8GB Cache N/A 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600MHz Memory (1x8GB) HP OMEN specs: CPU : Intel Core i5 6300HQ - 2.3 GHz 15.6" - IPS - 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) RAM : 6 Go 2133 mhz (1 x 4 Go + 1 x 2 Go) 1 To HDD SATA 6Gb-s - 7200 rpm NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M - 2 Go GDDR5 SDRAM HDMI, , USB 2.0, 2 x USB 3.0, LAN 802.11a-b-g-n-ac, Bluetooth 4.2 Windows 10 Edition Familiale 64 bits I'm on a budget but can afford both of them just trying to still save some money for my next College year. I would like it to be good at gaming (light games like DOTA 2, LOL, Little indie games like Furi, Titan souls and such, Rocket league,....) watching videos/movies watching streams and also good for College because I need one (I study Applied Informatics) so it would be great if it could be good for programming and multitasking. I know you would all say to just pick the 650 one because it is cheaper but it is a sale. The day I get paid from my Job (which will be at the end of the month) It will probebly end by then or not if I'm really FREAKING lucky. Weight is also very important to me because I will drag this bad boy like 4 days a week. The HP is lighter by 500 grams. Hope I have mentioned enough detail so you all can help me make a decision Kind regards
  8. Do you guys think that it maybe could be the MDMI port that's just fucking with me?
  9. Yeah it could be anything but seriously I could just save some money and buy a 1070 anyways. That also fixes my problem. And even if my R9 390 worked again i could just sell it and get some money out of it. In every scenario buying a new GC is the best option. Just need to be patient. Thanks for the advice but I made up my mind I think.
  10. Interessting...that's not my PSU at all because mine is from the Maxbron series which is more high-end then that one. But ok it seems that it is the PSU as everybody here sais will try later this summer with another one. Or just buy a new GPU because it is totally not worth trying to buy a new PSU and see that the problem really comes from the gpu. (100 euros in my butt) thx for the suggestion though
  11. So it will be the solder...ok and btw alot of people from different brands of the R9 390 had the same problem. If you search on forums there are people who have black screens with MSI, Asus, Sapphire, etc...so it IS a general chip problem and not a 3rd party company fault (not entirly).
  12. OK but dud I have 0 to no knowleadge of how to solder something nor do I have the material to do it... I asked one of my friends and even he doesn't have that equipment although he's studying Electromechanics, which involve's computer construct and soldering all the time(Belgium).
  13. yeah that's right but it's THEIR card that doesn't work anymore and can't blame them because YOU CAN'T litterally except on forums. thx btw for some help although I don't have the money to buy a new PSU for like a month or so...
