  1. So no more ideas? Those air mouses dont look like they have programable keys, or even RMB and MMB + scroll
  2. I want a mouse that i can hold like a remote or something and aim at my tv screen. Is there such a thing? With full mouse control and maybe some more buttons?
  3. Hi Speedbird, An what about my other disks, do they also need to be in GPT or will they work normal?
  4. Hello, im upgrading my system to full UEFI, at least thats what im intended to do. It started with the new BIOS for my GTX660. https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?32906-ASUS-UEFI-vBIOS-tool-for-GTX-600-series-cards!-It-s-Here!&highlight=graphic+card+uefi The tool didnt work straight away but i managed to get to this: The problem, I have Windows 10 Pro 64bit Asus Maximus VII Hero i7-4790K 2x Asus GTX660 DC-2O 2GDD5 Asus Xonar DX soundcard Samsung 850Pro 256GB en 2 other HDD's Since i have win10, i looked up on the web and found that my Local Disk is in NTFS. and it must be in GPT for full UEFI support with CSM disabled. But i also tried to disable CSM in bios just to see if it boots. But then it boots me into the Bios again instead of loading windows. So this wont work. So now im a little confused. If i disable CSM, will i be able to load win10 cd and reinstall in GPT format with CSM off? do i need all my HDD's to be GPT? what will happen to the NTFS HDD's? (i read somewhere that you need to have a certain file on those HDD's so they work with UEFI boot with CSM disabled) I have found many sites about UEFI and disabling CSM etc. But i cant understand it all. I know the old legacy boot will disappear in time to make place for full UEFI systems. Can someone explain what this means exactly? And how i switch my system to that kind of boot? And if i need to look at some of my hardware if its compatible or not? Im a experienced user who feels like a noob again concerning this stuff. so please help me out!
  5. I noticed my fault. NumberOfGPU's isnt number of cpu's. So at least i was right the 850 was too low. glad i asked again... TY for your help! PS; 4 way GTX980Ti Strix SLI... Are there even PSU's for it???
  6. doesnt sound right... [(cpuTdp + gpuTdp) * 2 ] + [(numberOfGpus -1) * gpuTdp] [(88 + 250) * 2 ] + [(4 -1) * 250] [338 * 2 ] + [3 * 250] 676 + 750 = 1426 watt???
  7. This is my current setup with a Sharkoon WPM600 PSU (wasnt in list): http://pcpartpicker.com/p/RZx2wP The 2 GTX660 are going to be replaced with 2 ASUS GTX980Ti STRIX. Also i have a LED sleeved kit from NZXT. 1 Xbox360 controller. 1 Xboxone controller. and max 10 usb devices connected. (Wlan, Bluetooth, printer, mice, key, etc)
  8. I have read on the following page that the Asus GTX980TI STRIX can use up to 375 watts of power. This means 2 on max ask 750 watts of power, and ive seen test where the 4790k uses 110 watts power. These max values add up to 860watt. Just to be sure... Are these values correct? Is a 850w PSU really enough? Not that i wreck my new PSU as soon as i buy a second GTX980ti... Man, i wish i was rich and just bought the 1200w AXi version. But i aint, so i need to carefully plot my course and hope it will be fine.
  9. So 860 wont be enough? was looking at Corsair HX1000 bec its cheap. But its no AXi...
  10. Sorry topic title cant be changed. I wanted to start with 'PSU needed for 2 way SLI setup" But my finger slipped to wrong button (enter) EDIT: Changed title
  11. Hello, I like to buy myself a new GPU, this caused me to also buy a new PSU since the old one doesnt support that many PCIe 6+2 or 8 connectors. Now i want to "futureproof" the PSU. This means memory times 2. (ive got 2 of 4 slots accupied now.) And 2 GTX980Ti's. Right now i only have the cash for 1 GTX980Ti and a new PSU. I go for Asus for GPU, bec all my stuff is Asus. Easier for help and support. And i like corsair for GPU. Whats a good PSU for my system, keeping in mind my budget? What brand? What wattage?
