The free version of malwarebytes is just a scan and remove, it doesn't run in the background and try to check files on execution unless you have the pro version.
To be honest, malwarebytes is much better than AVG anyway IMO, if you can spare the cash the pro version is worth it if you wanted an AV.

I run no AV and haven't had any viruses in 2-3 years, after you spend enough time with computers you will know what to open and what not to open, there's always the case of dodgy scripted ads which don't require any clicking but then we have Adblock and Noscript, which will do more to protect you than any Antivirus will, it mostly depends on the habits of the user and if they open dodgy links/ads/programs.

Also If you're going to run one thing on your system in the background I'd reccomend it be a 3rd party firewall (I use comodo), if a virus manages to get on your system it won't be able to phone home unless you allow the connection.

Nope, just happens the gigabyte is a bit cheaper, the cards are pretty much just as good as each other.

60-70c is normal under load, especially if they are in crossfire it could even be considered good.

In that case I would go for the 580.
The performance difference between the cards is very little and most certainly not worth another $100

Most PC gamers don't really care as much for exclusives, they care more for the quality of the experience playing their games.
I played State of Decay on 360 today and was actually squinting because the graphics were so bad and the framerate so terrible.

Nope, won't get a mac because of the price for what you get. and I wont get a ios device just because I don't like how simple and limited it is.

I also dislike apple for being patent trolls

Please, I didn't know we are talking about 20-30 fps being being playable.

    It's barely running 5760x1080 which is only 3x 1920x1080 (5760x1080). BF3 26.9fps  @5760x1080 @high settings. I wonder what you're going to get running 3x 2560x1440 (7680x1440).

Hey whatever makes you feel good.

Well I guess if he wants to play Trine 1 he should be fine. Maybe throw in some Tetris or Peggle while he's at it.

they recommend that so that they are on the save side.

42A x 12 V = 504W on the 12V rails. but in reality a 780 needs 200W and a 3570k maybe 100W with board. His Real Power M520 is able to provide 400W on 12V, so it will work as long as the 12V rails can all  be used rail1 for board and CPU, rail 2 for PCIe 8pin and rail 3 for PCIe 6pin.

And if they build that PSU with a bit of  intelligence it would be build like that and will run. but i don't know :D

Win8 is a great OS hidden under the worst UI I've ever seen.
    Get startisback and you're golden.

    Good points:
    It's faster booting up/shutting down.
It lets you pause file transfers natively.
It's more optimized and can offer better fps in some games.

    Bad Points:
    Metro (can be fixed)

So from what I can see, good outweighs the bad.

That's a total no brainer, go with the 750W, corsair make superb PSUs as well as seasonic.
