R9 390>GTX 970>GTX 960 Go with the R9 390 due to the fact it uses the 15.15 drivers, has much better tesselation then the 2xx series(though the 15.15 drivers will probably be available for the 2xx series soon). It slightly out performs the 290x, and trades blows with the 970. In addition, it comes with 8 gigabytes of vram. It performs the best, however, at high resolutions(1440p and 4k). That's not to say it isn't capable of maxing games at 1080p either. So you get the performance of a 970/290x and twice the vram for the same price. I'd go for the 390.

Fallout 4 looks good but I hope I can run it unlike Witcher 3. I did play Witcher 3 and liked Witcher 2 way better. Arkham Knight.... umm it looks interesting.

Fallout 4 ofcourse Lol no competition.
GTA 5 is pretty good aswell.
Witcher 3 complete letdown, combat felt outdated and boring so more like most disappointing game of the year imo.
