That wouldn't solve debt problem either because after excluding extraction costs you won't be making much while also adding extra supply to already existing one which would create new, lower price equilibrium.

Woudln't solve any debt because increased supply would drive the prices of metals in the asteroid down.

Click bait tittle while in reality economy wouldn't be effected by much at all. If suddenly a giant ass gold cube 1x1x1km were to appear out of thin air the current value of such cube would be:
    763 567 200 000 000 000 (Seven hundred sixty three quadrillion USD). If I did the math correctly: 1 billion cubic meters of gold*19282000 grams/cubic meter*39.6USD/gram)
Now you might think this would drive economy nuts and make it collapse. Well no... Because that's YESTERDAY's price and since our currency is not tied to gold the economy would be fine. Meanwhile gold would be nearly worthless. Price of gold and other rare elements is high because they are RARE. Increase the supply and the price will drop.

YES. It will be awesome to see what Valve can do with Vulkan. I can't wait for them to release it in 1 month. Maybe they will implement Vulkan in other games when they release it in 2 months? Anyways when we finally get the Vulkan patch in 3 months, maybe we can finally get some new Valve games, like left4dead3 after the patch lands in 4 months.

There's been lots of rumors about what exactly founders edition(FE) is and what it will bring and most of those were incorrect. So this is what founders edition will be:

So basically Founders Edition cards are nothing more than 100$ extra and to make sure they sell nVidia will be launching those first.

People will always shell out for the best, not everyone has to worry about getting the best bang for their buck, some people have expendable funds and will always shell out for the best performance.
I get that price to performance is extremely important, but not everyone falls under the woes of spending 50% more to get 20% more performance.

I myself will get a 1080, and then when the 1080 ti comes out, I will probably get that as well.   In the grand scheme of things, ~200-300$ every 6-12 months for more performance out of your system isn't really that much money.

While I'm not denying a possibility of huge data breach but it seems unlikely that all big services got hit without any1 noticing anything. Most likely scenario would be that he may have breached mail.ru and complied google/yahoo/hotmail from other sources.

I mean I could go and buy email + password combinations for few bucks, compile those into 1 file and brag how big of a hacker I am while in reality I simply bought them from the dude who's hacking some unprotected community databases and extracting emails + passwords from them. Since many are lazy and using same password everywhere ofc some1 checking will find matches.

Garfieldus got a reaction from Technous285 in EU accuses Google of Android abuse
Ofc EU did nothing good. Here in Europe many are in a misery as we are overwhelmed by the choice of ISP's available in the area who offer cheap, no data cap plans for half the US price. I mean my wtf is this, how I as a consumer can have a choice? I still cannot believe they have directive pressuring ISP's to upgrade their infrastructure so more people would have access to broadband, why would any1 need such speeds anyway? Furthermore many citizens were in anger when EU caped roaming data/calls/sms fees across EU countries to dirt cheap rates. Also don't get me started with universal charger that is forced across EU(which in turn is forced on the whole world as most manufactures don't bother making different chargers)... I mean why do we need standardized charger that can charge all of your devices, I like having 10 different chargers. MAKE CHARGERS GREAT AGAIN!!! With things like this happening it's almost impossible to live in EU....

Sarcasm off, EU operates on set of principles that are put in law therefore is those principles are violated and some entity puts up a case against they have to act no matter how stupid it might sound.

Sony is doing it right, all new games released will have to support both consoles so no1 is left out. I see this as WIN/WIN. People who don't want to buy new console will be able to play and enjoy same games as people who choose to buy.
