So I literally just broke my k70 (red switches) - spilt coffee all over it. I've got it broken down and drying out but I'm not holding out any hope. So I figure I might as well use this as an opportunity to pick up a fresh keyboard. Unfortunately due to work being all types of hectic and moving apartments several times over the last few months I've not kept up with the latest developments or reviews in general. What I really need is your knowledge; I'd like a board with macro keys, mechanical (but also a lot quieter this time) and numpad. Honestly RGB is not something I care about, function over form for me. I'll be in work for the rest of the day but any help would be greatly appreciated (and apologies if I'm slow getting back to you!). Thanks in advance

just to double check then, 970 will be all good for it yeah?

Been using a tv for it but just rearranged the desk so it wont be in view anymore, windowed borderless, means no black screen

the second one is off to the side anyway, not gonna be gaming on it, just to keep an eye on teamspeak browsers etc

Okay, just want to check I'm not missing something, I have a 1080p monitor already that I use for gaming on, and I'm getting a second one to act as a skype/teamspeak/multitasking random stuff monitor Question is, will a single 970 (probably the evga 970 superclocked) handle that and still be able to play games pretty much maxed out? Games like GTA V, arma 3, battlefield 4, bunch of other fps games. 60 fps would be nice but not essential. Thanks in advance, Ash
