I can relate to what you are talking about but I disagree with this feature completely. Reason why is because if there is any controversial content present the OP can be a complete asshat and delete opinions they may not agree with. OP could also delete posts from people calling him out or anything else like that.

Nope, terrible idea. If someone were to post an "AMD SUCKS DICK LOL" or a "TIM COOK IS LITERALLY HITLER ROFL" thread, people disagreeing (quite rightly) with the OP would just be deleted.
 
Case in point: I just told you that this was a horrible idea. If your idea was implemented, you would be able to just delete this. Obviously not ideal.
 
Censorship on the internet, unless illegal, is a terrible idea generally.

My CPU is just a hair bit better than what is in your parents' machine  (I have the Athlon X2 255) and it's really not terrible and my experience is not as bad as the experience on your parents' machine. Maybe a fresh install of Windows will help you out a lot, or maybe an install on an SSD even.
 
Otherwise for 300 USD you can probably throw together some Haswell Pentium 4-8GB system.

Why not 1440p? the 1070 is great for that, and it will look better than 1080p, while not being as taxing as 4K. (maybe you could get a monitor that runs 1440p 75Hz? IDK if those exist

184 for a 1060, ok it's over the budget, but it's 2x faster than the 460.. 

Don't get a 460. Wait a few weeks till the 1050tis are on Amazon, they perform better across the board and have more Nvidia features (Gamestream, shadowplay, Ansel, etc)

Think of eBay as a mall, not a store. If you went to your local mall and had a bad experience at the Game Stop, that means you avoid the Game Stop at the mall, not the entire mall!
 
eBay is amazing, and has a ton of safety measures to protect you and your money if something goes south. I would highly recommend you give eBay another shot.

RAM heat sinks do very little anyway. Water cooling RAM is  not needed.

I assume you're talking about wireless repeater modes. That depends on the router. Some that don't support it using their native firmware can have DD-WRT installed to allow it, but many higher end routers will have the option in their stock firmware and it just needs to be enabled (and a little setup). I'd agree that wireless repeaters aren't good, though. 
 
An ethernet and PoE cable (both are just an ethernet cable) are really the same thing. It just depends whether you have a PoE switch or an adaptor. 

You see things .23 seconds after people, and people may not even be able to hit you depending on how the game enigne works. 
 
Really for online fps games you want 100ms ping max, you may get banned/reported because of the high ping on that server since it will give you a slight advantage because you can hit people, and they can't hit you.

It really depends on the game and especially the resolution you play at. At 1080p the 3gb of the "little" 1060 should suffice for most games at max settings at higher resolutions the frame buffer does get pretty full which essentially leads to the VRAM bottlenecking your gaming experience since not enough data can be loaded into the GPU's RAM
