  1. Yea I was looking at those! Unfortunately I think they're on a backorder. I haven't actually received the Corsair Virtuoso yet, but since you're not the first person to tell me that I'll definitely make that choice.
  2. Yep. Looks like you're right. Thanks for saving me from myself
  3. Hey everyone. I'm looking to buy a nicely built headset for gaming (casual gamer) and wanted to buy something that was wireless. I ended up choosing the Corsair Virtuoso and realized my motherboard doesn't have bluetooth built in... so I'm out here on reddit and google scrounging for half ass reviews of unreliable bluetooth adapters sold on amazon. I'm wondering if this community would know anything about how to set up a good bluetooth connection for my wireless headset? I'm not too picky on the budget (nothing over $150 tho) for a competent bluetooth connection to my pc for a nice gaming experience. I would love some feedback and recommendations on what I should look into and consider buying! Thanks everyone
  4. I was definitely thinking about going all in so that samsung looks pretty good. Wish the 2TB version wasn't as much as a nice monitor though, I'll probably buy the 1TB 970 evo since i've had an evo in the past. Appreciate your suggestion
  5. As the title states, I bought a nvme drive a few months ago for this motherboard and I was looking upgrade without just dumping my old nvme drive, does the motherboard listed in the title support two separate PCIe NVME SSD's anywhere? I can't seem to find this information from MSI's website, albeit I was a little confused the way they presented it. Thanks for your suggestions and help.
  6. I appreciate your help! Although, I'm trying to accomplish the steps in the video. I got the most recent bios download, put it on my flashdrive, then I press the bios flashback button. After waiting 5 seconds, the light doesnt flash or appear to be updating. Is my download potentially wrong?
  7. Hello! My build is having problems booting and getting my computer to display on my monitor. Build as follows: MSI B550 A-Pro Motherboard Ryzen 5 5600x CPU RX 480 gpu Crucial Ballistics DDR4 16 gb RAM Phanteks P400A Case Evga 550W PSU So I assembled all the parts and got to the point of turning it on, which sorta worked. My GPU, fan leds, and cpu fan all worked as planned. The diagnostic lights on my motherboard has one LED light on, for the CPU. I can't quite figure out what this means, or how to proceed and fix it so I can boot. I've already tried reinserting the RAM, GPU, to no avail. I'm thinking the bios may need to be updated, but thought since I bought this motherboard last week it would have the required software to run a 5000 series cpu? Any help is appreciated.
  8. Would you recommend the kingston or the adata for a NVME? Defs should think about the mobo upgrade. Thanks for the input!
  9. Budget (including currency): ~$600 USD to $800 USD Country: United States Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Battlefield 2042, Rust, Ark, Hell Let Loose, Etc. Other details Reusing RX 480, EVGA 550 W PSU, 1080p 60hz monitor Hello! I'm getting into a new build for this summer while trying to mismatch old parts and new parts from a previous build to hopefully navigate the price markups on a lot of the tech out there these days. My build is here https://pcpartpicker.com/user/TechyNoob/saved/LVt28d But I'll list the main parts out for you. Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 Ghz 6 Core MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard Crucial Ballistix 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory Team CX2 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive Phanteks Eclipse P300A Mesh ATX Mid Tower Case Along with these parts, you can see that I'm going to reuse some from an old build. I would like to ask please leave any opinions on if there are better options for SSD's (I'm not well read on which SSD's to get but understand they are better), motherboards, ram, and anything else you see. Thanks for your opinion!
  10. You'll want a decent CPU and GPU then. My recommendation for beginners is to head over to pcpartpicker.com as they easily show all the price comparisons and if your parts are compatible.
  11. Budget (including currency): ~$800 Country: U.S. Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Upcoming battlefield title, Rust Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hey guys! I've been working on a plan to build a new PC this upcoming summer. I few roadblocks have occurred since the whole quarantine thing, and with it my revised plan is to make a cheap build with a lot of room for upgrade. My current plan is to buy a Nice Mid Tower this summer (~$120), a decent mobo (MSI B450 Tomahawk ~$120 so far) and a bomb CPU (AMD Ryzen 5 3600 ~$210). I have a RX 480 gpu that I plan on reusing until I can save up for a GPU, but I'm not sure what GPU to pair with my ryzen 5 3600 to get the most performance in the future. Any suggestions? Feel free to offer any changes to my current plan. Thanks in advance!
  12. Hello! I'm currently a student studying for his bachelors and currently own a PC I built probably like my freshman year in high school. I've upgraded it a few times (ram and gpu) and want to end up getting some things freshened up. Looking to find a good CPU, SSD, Motherboard, and potentially a gpu (Last requirement since mine is still pretty decent, which I got like 2 years ago). I would love some recommendations on these parts if this wonderful community could provide! Here's my current build https://pcpartpicker.com/user/TechyNoob/saved/#view=bp2whM If you don't wanna look at the link here's a quick rundown CPU: i5 4460 Storage: Seagate 1TB HDD Motherboard: H97 Pro Anniversary edition GPU: MSI RX 480
