  1. Bee217 actually, but the semantics are not that important. Thank you @sazrocks for giving some extra credence, its understandable to be weary of a random group coming in and all claiming some very vile things about a company, and thank you Sveeno for the acknowledgement of everything posted above.
  2. Should link to Bee217's post? Been a while since i used the forums. Edit: Ill also add in this thread from another former IFI employee that was posted since the original post by Bee217. A couple quotes, if you do not have the time to read the post (though i highly suggest you do): [cw: violence, sexual harassment] Edit 2: If reading everything from the last few posts is just too much of a timesink (and admittedly, there is a lot), there is a sitrep written up by a couple members of the robotics community that hits the main points that you can find here.
  3. i have never felt the cold caress of a SSD in action before...
  4. kova, i need silver 2 (because a mouse will always make me better)
  5. im doing everything on an T100 right now, and doing CAD on that is a nightmare, so anything would be a step up from that
  6. http://www.kitguru.net/components/cpu/anton-shilov/intel-pentium-skylake-processors-make-it-to-retail/ Thoughts?
  7. This is all great to know. Im looking to stay under $800 if possible, not including peripherals, so if that helps great. As for games, i usually play CS:GO, TF2, Gmod FSX-SE, along with a ton of older games (NFS3, NSM, SC4.) I am also open to keyboard/mouse/montior suggestions.
  8. i am wanting to build my own gaming tower, but i dont have a ton of money. I am also not the most knowledgeable when it comes to CPUs, so i was wondering what would be a good upgrade from the Pentium G3258 without spending an extra 250+ dollars, while keeping most everything from the value PC guide that was posted back in December.
