I asked around for a quote on a nice boom arm or shotgun mic.

$450 seems excessive for a boom arm =\

$100-150 for a shotgun w/ telescopic stand though.

I can probably MAKE a boom arm for $20-30 though. Basically need a lamp and some scrap pvc. don't have the time though
