I've got a lab report due tomorrow with a 3 page limit.

in its current form, mine has 17 pages. I cut down on the math in it and it's down to 7. Now I gotta cut down on the theoretical bit. Can't make it less than 5 pages if I want it to not look like a report written for ants.

also, the report needa to be handwritten. Yay.

    Only things I can type out are a data table from which I have to generate a graph. Rest needs to be handwritten.

    I get why the professor wants it this way, but my hand hurts from using a pen :(

    RIP. Using a pen for a long time if you don't normally use one is uber painful. Finger cramps are not cool.

    Finger cramps? How about muscular spasms at the hand level?

    I swear it's like having Parkinson's without having Parkinson's.

     

    Give me a soldering iron and I'm rock steady. Make me write something for half an hour and I'm shaking like a freakin' earthquake

    Yep. Pencils and pens are works of the devil for sure. many thanks to Steve Jobs for giving us proper smartphones, and whoever it was that invented the keyboard.

    Actually, the usage of qwerty on phones predates the iPhone by quite a few years, with Nokia being the first to use it.

    The inventor of the QWERTY keyboard is Christopher Latham Sholes.

    lol. AFAIK the Nokia and Blackberry ones needed a stylus or something like that. And yeah, you should probs get to the report. It's very strange they don't let you type it though.

    By not letting us type it they make sure we at least go through the subject while we write about it. Were it a typed report I'd wager 99.9% would just copy/paste off of the .pdf they provide for each experiment
