Hydraengineer got a reaction from Lurick in Windows Activation
Bought it at the end of October and from a third party. I'm assuming retail, product page doesn't say which.
Ended up working out anyway. Under the activation window there is the option to call. Did that and the automated system sent me a text that had me type in a ID code that my PC had. Was able to activate it!

Hydraengineer got a reaction from TylerD321 in Router Suggestions
11 Devices 800 Mbps Down / 20 Mbps Up Gaming, Streaming, etc. Unknown Just enough that we can connect while on our porch. 2 stories Internal walls are wood. Exterior is brick. Mostly wifi, only my PC is connected via cable. Might connect my PS5 via cable too. So at least 2 ethernet. $500 is the most I'm willing to spend. -

Right-click on This PC and select manage:
Then go into disk management:
Find your new drive right-click on it and new simple volume. Or if a pop-up box appears, you can select the new drive to be GPT or MBR, personally I select GPT so I can partition it. But after that you need to find it and format it or new simple volume.
