    Did you make confguration changes or run a defregmentation tool on your ssd recently?

    You can also check your realtek audio software many problems can be fixed by making configuration changes in the realtek software.

    With the ccleaner drive wipe tool in ccleaner you can clean your drive it can do up to 35 runs where it cleans everything on the drive completely it is an very advanced method.

    I have an lenovo y50 with a terrible wd black sshd but only at the sartup it runs 100 procent for 2 minutes due to avast and system services. And I do still have problems with de VSS service. The idle maintaince was also using around the 100 procent disk usage.

    Check your power management settings in windows. Switch it to high preformance. Maybe that will work

    Is there nothing changed the last few days new programs installed or other configuration changes? Try to start your pc again without all peripheral devices.

    Make a system image backup and everything will be fine if you accidentally delete data.

    Reinstall your audio driver from your pc manufacture. Reset chrome can also help. Also double check your audio setting in windows if the proper audio device is selected? Sometimes the problem can also be in the in game audio settings.
