It's only 650W and it has 4 12V rails...
These Silverstone Strider units are excellent, there are also sleeved cables available as an extra if that's your thing. Here in AUS they're in almost every build on whirlpool forums.
what kind of rails should i look for?

Your build seems sold. Try to find a 120/128 GB ssd and you'll be set.

This answer explains it pretty well I think. http://www.makeuseof.com/answers/hard-drive-system-reserved-appeared-pc/
thanks!

Dont touch it... that holds important system files for booting windows. its created during install and thats the part of the HDD that boots first and then points to windows. The reason you wont be able to see if perhaps is because its hard coded by microsoft to remain hidden no matter what you do.

the problem with my 6 pins on my current psu is that they shut my pc down when i'm gaming but when i use the spare 6 pins that came with my gpu its fine, but i would just feel better if i had a new one.

I personally really like Seasonic. Corsair is good too.
EDIT: Oh wait, you want modular...hmmm. What's the max you'd spend?
probably 130, and thats if i go with the 760, if i go with the 770 i wouldn't beable to spend more

I haven't read into the RM series power supplies, but there's some on here that don't recommend it due to its low quality capacitors.
what would be a better psu for the same price?
