  5. my pc has 8 gigs of ram, Single slot DDR3 1600Mhz Corsair vengance ram, it gets recognized and all by windows but only 4.8 gigs or 5.8 gigs is aviable. Why is this number changing and why is it so much lower than the 8GB? i have a dedicated GPU, so no ram for that? can someone clarify it? im not to bad with computers but feel quite dumb now
  6. ive builded a new pc for my parents, a decent email/office PC. the old disks full of pictures and video's where put in raid 0 now that im setting up a new pc with to old disks because they still work and im to lazy to search the whole disk for stuff my parents want to keep. the problem is: if the disks are seperate in a non raid setup will pictures be damaged? before i setup them up in RAID zero. is there a trick to keep the pictures? or are they small enough that they are only on one disk? Thanks in advance!

  9. im looking for a gpu to replace my "overkill" ATI radeon HD 6670. i have a budget around the 400 - 450 euros and a 500 watt psu in case of a AMD card im not a hardcore gamer but games like Heroes and generals, BF4 to the max settings to the max settings is welcome.
  10. I have recently build my own pc for the first time. Altough i have seen all the vids madr by linus i still made a mistake somewhere when building it. When is boot fans starts spinning, it looks like it is powering up but without getting output on the screen. I have googled it, and none of the "must do" worked. Is there something wrong with my parts? Pc specs: Intel core I5 4460 boxed Kingston Now SSD 128 gb Coolermaster B500 psu (500 watt) Asus h81m-plus motherboard Corsair vengancae 8gb DDR3 What are some possible checks i can do to fix it? (I have no error beeps/codes, because of the lack of a speaker)
