  1. @Mick Naughty Thanks alot! I'll just get that pump then, thanks alot !
  2. Hi! I'm a bit stuck on my water cooling loop and since it's my first one I'm having some troubles solving the question: Which pump and res should I use? I really want a pump/res combo so I was planing on using this pump/res EK-XRES 100 REVO D5 PWM Then I was planing on changing the res tube to a 250(204mm) The problem is that the rest of my build is copper components and as far as I can see, this is aluminium. Do you guys have any suggestion for me? Only requirements, good, resonable quite pump, 200+(preferably 250) res, and 60 mm diameter res Thanks alot for all the help! Kind regards Simon
  3. @SquintyG33Rs Thanks alot! That great, finding another res. shouldn't be too hard! @Damascus Thanks, I'll see what I can find You guys are a great help, thanks again!!
  4. Hi! I'm quite new to this forum even though I've been watching Linus for a long while. So forgive me if I miss something I'm trying to do a water cooling loop, with both CPU and GPU cooling. There will be a 480 mm radiator. Also I'm aming for full RGB build. (Won't go full rainbow, just want to be able to change colours to my liking) I should also inform you that this is my first time I'm going to do a water cooled build. So I have little to no knowledge about it. When it comes to aircooled builds on the other hand, those I'm quite comfortable with. So, what hardware was I planning on using? Well since Asus website listed it as compatible I was aiming for this: CPU block - Phanteks Glacier C350i RGB Radiator - Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Copper 480mm GPU block - Phanteks Glacier G1080 Gigabyte G1 RGB Pump/reservoir - Enermax NEOChanger Tubing - Don't know yet, but hardline (yes, I know it will be a pain in the ass, but I'll probably figure it out eventually) Fittings - Pacific RGB G1/4 PETG Tube 16mm OD 12mm ID Other parts: Motherboard - ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-F Gaming CPU - i7-7800k GPU - Gigabyte windforce 1080 RAM - G.skull trident Z RGB 4x8 GB Case - Thermaltak Core P5 Glass (Black) And some other stuff.. First problem: So my first and biggest concern is corrosion. The radiator is copper but the reservoir is aluminium? (or is it just the top of the res. and the liquid won't thouch it? ) Also the CPU block and the GPU block seems to be aluminium If that's really the case I guess I have to change the radiator but I can't find a aluminium that's being sold in Sweden (any suggestions would be nice, I can check if they are sold in Sweden if I just have some recommendations). I guess I'll have to skip the fittings too then. Second problem: I won't have enough RGB-headers on my motherboard for all the fans and all the lighting. So I was wondering if any of you had any experience of either "Akasa AK-CBLD02-10BK" or the "Silverstone LSB01" Third ... problem?: I assume my assembly of water cooling parts is quite bad so if you have any suggestions please leave them below. Just keep in mind that the RGB part is really important and that I really would prefer aura sync, but if you know any way to sync other tech with aura sync that would work as well. Also depending on the difficulty I'm willing to do some mods and I know quite a bit of programming if necessary. Thank you so much for helping me! Kind regards Simon
