  1. If you watched the gif I attached I already have it marked as my main display. The problem still occurs.
  2. Pretty sure it's not a GPU issue, as many people with different GPUs of all sorts have the same issue. The replug solution didn't work- as soon as the second display is connected it identifies the two incorrectly.
  3. Currently, I have a multiple monitor setup, but recently after getting a new GPU the identification of the monitors is screwed up which prevents me from playing games like FSX which require correct identification. So to give you a rundown of what is going on currently, I got a new GPU a few months ago, and since the new GPU I got doesn't have any VGA ports, I was required to use an adapter. After this installation, whenever I click identify on control panel for displays it marks my main monitor (1) number 2 and my secondary monitor number 1 even though it recognizes the setup everywhere else (AMD control panel, pc settings through windows 8.1). I'll attach some pictures and stuff down below so you can get an idea of the situation to help me fix it. I've read a few other forums but most seem to be nothing but a bunch of people with similar issues talking about what they've tried that hasn't worked. https://gyazo.com/2483edef310b2e91314ba27cb7fb5e3e (this gif was taken on the #1 monitor but it clearly identifies it as #2) https://gyazo.com/ea6d4d1d7654788e9a41fe683195ea91 (AMD control panel correctly identifies monitor 1 though) Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
  4. I bought a new MSI R9 380 4GB a few months ago as an upgrade from my r7 250, but I just recently noticed something weird while in CPU-Z; this being that it seemed as if my GPU core clock was 300 Mhz and my Memory Clock is 150 Mhz, which I'm not sure is correct. I have no idea how I haven't noticed this until now and how it starts so low. I'll attach some screenshots of MSI Afterburner. I'm not sure if 300 MHz and 150 MHz is the actual stock speed for my memory and core, I would assume that it's much higher. Any overclocking suggestions are welcome: Here's my PC specs for someone wanting to know more before suggesting: - Hyper 212 Evo - AMD 8320 - MSI 760GM-P34 Motherboard (super trash) - EVGA 500w Bronze https://gyazo.com/913441eba4fef4229889e597fe6aa9ae
  5. Yeah but people on twitch get your information anyways. Twitch isn't secure in the slightest
  6. People can obtain your IP even if you don't give it out, that's why people playing COD get ddos'd even though they didn't give out anything.
  7. There's no way to win, you either be secure and have a shitty connection or take the risk and don't and have a chance of the things I mentioned earlier, it really sucks that it comes down to those decisions, especially for a smaller streamer since they don't have the money required to buy such services. Oh well, not sure what to do for now I guess I'll just not stream until I get something figured out.
  8. Well I'm assuming everyone else who streams largely (the likes of Phantomlord, etc., etc.) use VPNs but they don't lag very much, unless they're just complete idiots?
  9. Not quite sure but I would mostly be playing CSGO so probably teens most likely.
  10. Obviously I wouldn't give away my skype I'm 14, not a seven year old playing minecraft, but I just wanted to qualify it.
  11. Not quite sure what category this would fall under but this seemed like the most fitting so here we go. Basically I want to start streaming on twitch, and with the recent drama of ddosing, swatting, etc., etc. I wanted to know any suggestions about what to do. I've looked at VPNS but would really prefer to not pay for something since I'm focusing more on video editing software, editors, etc. I don't know if there's any good way to go about masking your IP to protect against such attacks without things like VPNS which is why I'm asking you guys about it since you would know a lot more about it then me. I could of course go without a VPN but then I run the risk of the aforementioned problems, and I would definitely like the peace of mind. Thank you, Nathan
  12. Pretty sure I'm going to go with the MSI 380 4gb
