    If you want to, populate every fan mounting spot in your case Although I am more of a Corsair SP fan.

    As a previous Corsair 750D owner, Here is the fan mounts:
     
    TOP: 2x 120mm
    Back: 1x 140mm
    FRONT: 2x 140mm
    Bottom: 1x 120mm
     
    AFAIK, Check Corsair's Website for details though.
     
    As for your Cooling, Especially for an X99 Build, I'd recommend you get a Corsair H105 and buy 4x 120mm Noctua fans for a Push/Pull Config instead, It'd be cooler and quieter than a tower cooler.
