  1. Hi I am just getting into custom water cooling and I plan on purchasing this kit https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-classic-kit-p360-d-rgb. I noticed that the pump included only has a flow rate of 250 L/h and this seems low relative to other pumps on the market. I am just wondering how important is the flow rate and what the minimum flow rate that I should be looking for if I was to add a GPU waterblock and another 240 rad to this kit. Thanks in advance and let me know if I have missed any relevant information.
  2. Awesome, thanks for such a quick response!
  3. I recently flashed my LSI 9211-8i into IT mode as I plan to run unraid on my home server. I was wondering if you should still use a BBU (Battery Backup Unit) if you are using the card as a HBA (Host Bus Adapter) and not a raid controller. If it is recommended then where would I get one of these as I have not been able to find one for this card. Thanks in advance
  4. This motherboard only has 1 USB 2.0 header so make sure that is all you need
  5. Thanks for letting me know.
  6. Yeah, and a quieter system is the priority and like I said even at stock speeds the fans are having to work too hard and therefore are becoming too loud. It is annoying because I had a 4790K before this with the same AIO and it never got above 60 degrees on stock clock speeds even in most stress tests.
  7. Not so much, I am running at 70ish degrees Celsius under full load on the Intel Tuning Utility stress test, on completely stock clock speeds and I have heard this is fairly common for 7700k's. The real problem is when gaming I am hitting 60ish degrees and the fans are much too loud and become a distraction. I have tried messing with the fan curve but then the CPU becomes hotter and ideally, I would like some headroom for some light overclocking.
  8. Hi, I am contemplating delidding my 7700K for possibly better thermals and therefore a quieter system. My only worry is I have read on some forums that because there is no longer any silicone between the IHS and the CPU the IHS sits lower and sometimes does not make proper contact with the CPU cooler. Is there any truth to this? I am currently running an NZXT Kraken X62 AIO Thanks in advance for the help
  9. Oh okay I might wait for a bit then. Sounds much better.
  10. I am looking at purchasing an Acer Predator X34 next week but I'm just wondering if I should wait for something newer to come out. Does anyone know of something similar that is being released soon or even if something might be released soon? The Predator has been out for a while now so I assume an updated model should be on it's way right?
  11. I just bought a new PC and would love a FinalMouse to go with it. It looks amazing and would be a great addition to my PC setup!
