HWUB shows the numbers for both 1080p and 1440p, take a gaggle and see if those numbers are acceptable then pull the trigger. They mention the settings they run so if you run lower ones you'll get higher fps, so keep that in mind.

Those figures only apply if your CPU runs fully stock, without PBO enabled and adheres to the TDP number. Mine doesn't, because I've removed those limits so higher temps are indeed expected 😉

Also, different workloads use different instruction sets and cinebench is one in particular that heats those CPUs up, for instance in AIDA64 CPU stress test it doesn't get nearly as hot and rarely hits 80C for me.

It's not a big deal at all. 1.45V is above stock spec, but it's well within margins of safety for DDR4 RAM. Higher-end RAM runs at higher voltages due to higher frequencies or better timings like in this case. This message is just a note, which honestly is quite pointless.

They're similar, but the B550 Gaming E is a better choice IMO. They're both very similar boards, but the ASUS one has POST Code screen for easy troubleshooting which can be very useful. It has a better PCIE slot layout too.

I also prefer ASUS BIOS to MSI.

Those are all great boards, I think it doesn't matter much as they're all overkill in terms of VRM design and overclocking even for a 5950X, so the only things that differ are features. Choose the cheapest one that suits your needs feature-wise and you're good.

Both are similar. The Aorus Master seems to be a bit more high-end board in the lineup, but the Tomahawk Wifi is a good choice as well. Though both seem fairly entry-level considering you intend to put a 5950X in there.

I use an MSI Prestige X570 Creation and it would fit everything you'd probably want. Have a look at the rear I/O:

Power limit basically limits your max boost clocks on modern GPUs, so essentially it doesn't boost as high due to limiting maximum power draw of the card - this probably should lower the temps, but also performance.

Temp limit means that the card will target 70C for instance and it will downclock itself to maintain that temperature threshold. Both work similarly in practice, but the settings themselves affect different aspects of the card. There should be no artifacting no matter how you set those. You can set temp limit first and go from there, leave the power limit as it is preferably.

For instance AMD states that their latest 5000 series can run at 90C, even up to 95C on the 5600X which is within spec and by design to allow for higher performance.

It just uses a lower-level tool called diskpart. This works when the drive freezes in disk management, had this happen a couple of times. I used diskpart via elevated command prompt and it always worked - I suggest doing that first.

Airflow within case seems to me to be less important than overall case airflow. Just get that fresh air in and out of the case as efficiently as possible. Reported temp is usually the core so cooling the backplate is unlikely to do much.
 
If your goal is to reduce temps, then the obvious solution is to set a temperature limit. Anything else can and will vary with ambient temperatures. 

Probably yes, but to be 100% sure I'd recommend you verify it using this short instruction:
"Go into device manager (run > devmgmt.msc), find your GPU under display adapters > Resources > Large Memory Range (something close to this effect) should be present. If it is, resize bar is operational."

In my case it was already disabled so no change was needed. 
 
Since I'm on Comet Lake, I'm running 3.0 with nv. Still debating getting a Rocket Lake once I sort some other things out.

MSI is actually one of the best GPU manufacturers atm, and the Gaming X variants are superb so I'm not sure what you meant here.
