Just had a great interaction with SteelSeries customer support - I rate it as "would buy again" ;)

My SteelSeries Rival 600 mouse suffered from this problem due to a bad adhesive used: https://www.windowscentral.com/steelseries-rival-600-mouse-grip-adhesive-issue-psa

I found out about it a lot later and actually a few weeks after the 2-year warranty period for the mouse expired - despite that the customer service easily gave me a coupon to order the side-grips for free on their website and they just arrived. I only needed to provide a proof of purchase and pictures of the problem.

    I hope Razer has this good of a consumer support, doesn't seem like it from what I have seen.
