    I already killed my hype.

    It is like all previous ryzen launches.

    Max turbo+100mhz = max OC.

    So 4.6ghz for my 3800x.

    @Origami Cactus Not necessarily. We don't know how 7nm behaves when overclocking, we also don't know the impact of moving all of the I/O stuff to a separate die, I think it may actually improve overclocking by a lot. Also heat dissipation is better now so there may be hope for Ryzen overclocking yet ;)

    Getting a cpu on launch day either way, faster than my 3.7ghz cpu for sure.
