I do recall this being discussed here earlier... or if not discussed, @Vitalius dropping a fun fact about how USA manufactures chocolate. The only things I remember, are that they focus on quantity over quality, and that chocolate contains a similar substance that's in puke, and chocolate from US has more of it due to their quicker process. @Vitalius do you remember this stuff? I don't.

Planning on a 2 week stay. 2 weeks could feel like quite a short time. Depending where you are gonna be, 2 weeks can fly by really fast, and traveling ends before you even know it. If you are mostly sticking to one area, then it shouldn't be that much of a problem. I might sound like a sociopathic douche for saying this, but... What? For me it's the other way around: on M-mode, Auto ISO is unavailable, but the whole ISO range can be set manually from 125 (or 80 if boosted) to 6400. Though exposure compensation is unavailable (understandable, as it would be useless on full manual). I have no clue what could be the cause of this. Manually adjusting ISO works on every other mode, though?

Shouldn't M-mode be full manual? If you are asking more manual beyond that, there's not much more to be controlled manually apart from focus, which you can enable from the menu, and then setting either of the 2 dials to act as focusing ring, though by default on M-mode the dial around the lens is bound as focus (at least that's how Sony RX100 Mark 1 works, I own and use one) If M-mode isn't what you desire, would you explain more details?

I know, right? I haven't watched anything either ever since summer 2015. So many choices, so little time, and now that Christmas holiday ended, I have even less time. And the friction is real... Might just f*ck it and start watching some older than 2000's stuff (like JoJo's) and screw recent stuff, should I find time to do so. Guess @BashZeStampeedo's advice to start with older series to develop better resistance for modern garbage sounds very reasonable. Not saying all modern series are bad, or that all old series are good. Easier to find quality from old garbage than new garbage, though (both figuratively with entertainment media like anime, and literally when dumpster diving).

IMO I look fugly in photos, in mirror and IRL. People who say otherwise just try to make me feel better, they are not fooling anyone, though. I don't get photographed by other people much. I'm a camera shy person in-front of other peoples' cameras and CCTV cameras, but behind a camera it's another story... When it comes to selfies, I never use phone cameras anymore. Now it's just set up camera on a tripod -> set self-timer (got no remote) -> walk in the front -> get a mugshot -> repeat if necessary (try out different focal length, exposure is off, image is out of focus, stupid face pose...), -> done.

Have seen quite a bit of that too, mostly on the internet, though. IRL people I have seen don't really want to share their sexual orientation (have only known one bi man and one asexual man for certain), but everyone except elderly people, immature kids and pre-teens seem to be accepting to homosexuals of both kinds. The rest of the LGBT spectrum is what they don't discuss, though.
