Hello So I recently purchased an AsRock Z87 Extreme 6 off of Ebay. I got a really good price on it (60 bucks) so I decided to purchase it. Currently the motherboard is displaying an error code of 00 and wont post (no sound is coming from the case speaker. I originally thought I needed a newer bios version so I bought a new bios chip from AsRock (with the bios version I need) but I still have the same issue. I tried clearing the CMOS as well. Also I had every part in the build working fine with another h87 motherboard. The seller has said it was in working condition when it was sold. (They have 100% positive feedback) Any ideas and Thanks! Parts: Mobo: Asrock z87 extreme 6 CPU: Pentium Anniversary Edition PSU: EVGA 500 Watt RAM: Single DIMM Crucial Ballistix Sport 8 GB SSD; Kingston SSD Now GPU: GT 9800. (Tried booting with this plugged in and without it plugged in)
