  1. So I rarely use the google launcher installed in my phone. Therefore I decided to deactivate the Ok Google feature since I hardly ever used it and it would pop these annoying warnings every time I would use the mic. However when I attempted to do so I found out that the specific setting cannot be clicked therefore I cannot deactivate the feature.. Please help me find a way around this and get rid of the Ok Google nightmare. Thank you for your time!!
  2. Greetings fellow LinusTechTips fans!!! I am here to address an issue I am facing with my attempt to install Windows 10 on my laptop (a Lenovo from the G50 series). The computer is completely compatible with the upgrade from Windows 8 to 10... The deadline for the free download is today so I started the procedure last night.. After a foul hour of downloading the approximately 3 GB file, my computer showed me a loading bar which I assumed was a background checking before the System commenced the installation. However it was late in the evening so i decided to pause the procedure since the file was downloaded and go back at it the next day. I did just that, only to find out the next day that i had to re-download the file from scratch... In the update history the attempt is depicted as failed. despite the file being downloaded.. So this is my question: Is there a way to find out if the file is downloaded properly and continue the procedure from there on or do I have to start the process from the beginning?? And if I start from scratch can I find the previous file and delete it since I am not fond of wasting 3 GB on my Hard-Drive for a useless file.. Thank you in advance for your time!!

  8. Dud Dude there is no dilemma. You should definitely go for the 32GB option..
  9. Since you are creating content then i would definitely advice you to go for the 32GB option since you will be positive that no problems as far as memory goes will occur in the long term. However I would like to see the specs of your rig because it will affect whether the 32GB is a waste or an investment....
  10. I am attempting to learn how to program on java. My work environment is a laptop with windows vista 32 bit and a copy of eclipse installed, but no matter how much I search i cannot find a JDK version suitable for my laptop. Can someone help me with a download link from a verified website.....

I didnt save it however only one hour has gone by so I was wondering if there is a way to recover my file through word pad... Really need the file for a school project....
