  1. I guess I should wait for 300 series, if I'm not satisfied I will go for the 4gigs 960.Thanks for your help
  2. Gtx 970 is around 350$ in us & 500$ (approx rs.30000) in india. Dont know about r9 290.
  3. And we all know that nvidia is not as flexible as AMD when it comes to multiple gpu's.
  4. Thank you for your quick response .. But don't you think that r9 280x is little old. The power consumption is double compared to the gtx 960. If thinking about AMD should I wait for the r9 300 series, which is releasing on the 18th of June ? And I don't think so I would be going for sli config, as I have a 970 chip set based motherboard and I can't upgrade it now. I just got it 2 months ago

  6. With the release of gtx 960's 4gigs model .. I am pretty confused to choose between them. The 4gigs model is around 40$ more than the 2gigs. Is it worth the money ? I won't upgrade my GPU for atleast next 2-3 years. So I'm kinda thinking of little future proofing. I have seen in some forums that the 4gb model is gimmick. Why ? I usually play most of triple titles. I don't want every game at 'ultra' settings, I can enjoy even at high/medium settings. I'm mostly concerned whether the next titles (example: Quantum break etc.) might need more than 2 gigs of Vram even at 1080 resolution I really need help. Thanks in advance !
