  1. Bare with it a few more hours and try it tonight? Nothing to lose if no other sensible suggestions appear! You haven't just updated graphics drivers have you? If so, try a rollback.
  2. How about leaving it to download while sleeping one night? Unless ofcourse you have a cap on your usuage.
  3. Oh, I seee. I've no idea why it'd drop so much, I know they've started patching in thibgs ready for HoT but I don't see anything in there that could possibly drop 35fps. You've effectively lost a PS4! [emoji14] Have you tried a simple reinstall? I'm on my phone and being too lazy to go back and check! If you failed to update or something recently it may have corrupted something along the way? How about background processes? Steam, Origin, Uplay etc can all effect it to a point.
  4. Fail, *4790 on the cpu front. Can't find the edit button on tapatalk!
  5. You're screwed no matter the case. When I was running an AMD CPU and a 7970OC it would top around 60fps and in world vs world hit low teens in zergs. Now, I'm running a 4970 and SLi'd 970's and guess what? Usually 60-90 fps and tanks to 20-30 on big fights. Friend that I play with mostly ( @SonoDanshi ) has a 980ti watercooled Sli setup and has on average 5 fps more, granted he's now at 1440 and not 1080. But! General gist of GW2... Eat all da performance!
  6. The PvP is pretty fun even if I am garbage at it, I don't Play it as often as I probably should - think I've around 600 kills in there. I play WvW more than PvP but our server isn't great at it. Haha. It's one of those situations that if a commander who actually knows what he's doing leaves, everybody runs around like headless chickens and we lose everything we capped in the first place.
  7. No harm in trying seen as it's free. I like the questing system, no need to speak to 100's of different NPC's for quests (excluding story) and the world events that spawn give you something to do on the side too. We've managed to convince a few friends to return or start fresh, I used to run a pretty large guild at one point but we all faded out over time, there's probably a whopping 6 of us back playing now. haha. The downloads not especially big either, so gotta be worth a shot? if you don't like it, just drop it.
  8. For price paid/time spent playing I'm not complaining at all. I'm well over 1.5k hours on it. I'm a bit miffed that the games gone F2P and they're charging full price for HoT to current/returning players. A discount scheme of some form would have been nice, but if it brings a good amount of new content I'm happy to go ahead and pay it.
  9. On my phone, so not able to quote ; Necro is one of those classes in GW2 that not everyone can get to grips with, it's not particularly the best class to start with. Try a Warrior or Guardian? With Melee and ranged abilities they're pretty fun! The gathering to create weapons can get a bit tedious, but it's actually a really good way to level up aswell as it grants a fair whack of experience for doing it. Though most people tend to do this on their second play through. It's easier to just buy stuff off the trading post at first.
  10. With the news and recent posts about GW2 becoming F2P with limitations and the release of HoT in October, who still plays and who's just started playing? Friend and I have just gone back after almost a years break, It's funny seeing how many Commander tags are running around now compared to back then, it's like every Tom, Dick and Harry has one. We started new Guardians and built them back up to 80 to re-learn the game (wasn't particularly hard..) but we had to figure out the new system for abilities/traits. So, Just out of Curiosity, for those of you who are long term players or new, what's your favourite class, and are you looking forward to the Revenant? From what I've seen they're a pretty viable PvP/WvW class especially from running around with them in Beta Weekends.
  11. and here's me with this. Not quite as shiny..
  12. brb, Gone Fapping. The Wife won't allow me to buy one as I'll likely kill myself. >_>
  13. Got 'em for £164.99, Around 250$ ? The Steelseries hurt after prolonged periods, was told the A50's are very comfortable and after a few days I'm not going to argue that fact. Loving them so far. The benefit for me is that I can run the A50's on an Optical switch between the PC and consoles never having to switch headsets or cables. Just makes life simpler. ... Edit: Oh, I also bought some cheapo boots to stomp around in; Also bought 6 litres of 5W-40 Fully Synthetic Shell Helix oil, an Oil Filter and 2 new 225/40/18 Tyres... Didn't takes pictures of those...
  14. No Worries, Surprised how many people aren't aware of it. If you like their Faceballs page you can get an additional 5% off with a code at checkout Bought Cities Skylines on there for £9 the other day while my friend was super happy he got it on Steam for £16? It's fun being smug sometimes
  15. Is this not cheaper for you? http://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/middle-earth-shadow-of-mordor-pc-cd-key Use them all the time and pay through Paypal, nice and simple.
  16. Finally bought some of theeese... So that I can finally get rid of all of theeeese...
  17. Sorry to butt in - But have you guys tried here? $41.99 with a further 5% off if you like their Faceballs page and use a code you get. I regularly use them for my games. All paid through Paypal to make life easier (if you have it..)
  18. Not sure how much of an Enthusiast you could call me, but I've liked my car for years. Not that you'd know it as you'll laugh your asses off when you see my first car! Let's say it was influence by modifying scene at the time (coughfastandfuriouscough) Started my car life with a Peugeot 206, 1.4 4pot 8Valve! 75HP... Lots fo added weight, some lows and green.... Unfortunately as my camera phone was as advanced as a potato back then, this is the only night shot I can find without spending hours digging through stuff... I progressed on to something a bit better that then influenced em to stay on the Jap line of cars. A Toyota Corolla T Sport, 1.8L 4pot 189HP, shared an engine with the Corolla XRS, RunX, Sportivio for those across the pond in various directions. Started off with some 18's thrown on it.. Eventually Opted to go down the light(er) weight 17's route.. After the 'Rolla I opted for a nice Import Subaru Legacy RSK B4, A suitable alternative to all the Imprezas flying around in my opinion, and they sport a Twin Turbo EJ20 set up pushing 280HP. Now, I was quite upset when it had to go as we were saving towards our wedding, but after the wedding a found a lovely 'Family car'. T'is a Mazda 3 MPS, Or a Mazdaspeed 3 to those over yonder. It's still bone stock and will likely stay so for a while as we've just put an offer in on a house. Once that's all done and dusted.. who knows where I'll go from there. Good job I love the interior as I'll be stuck with it for a while. Oh, and the Wife won't let me have a Motorbike.. yet... *Whiptsh!*
  19. Unfortunately... So that's why you have no option at the moment, unless they've since changed their minds and I've not seen. Edit: Funnily enough, the same article is what Werto has posted above, I just never noticed it down the page. So it's not an official pre load, but a few hours ahead of schedule if you're lucky. 28GB will still take me a few hours though, so likely won't be able to play until tomorrow.
  20. Personally I enjoyed it and played the story right the way through. Admittedly I'd have probably been a little pissed if I'd paid full price for it at release but thanks to an error, I got it for well under RRP. For $5 I'd definitely give it a go.
  21. Been a long term player of Diablo III on the PC, but have many friends that converted from PC to Console version as they actually prefer the way it's played with the pads. It's certainly a game you can pick up and put down whenever you want to without forgetting how to play it, I'd definitely recommend it.
