Yeah, 100C hotspot is pretty warm. It's likely within spec for the card, but I'd personally want it to be under 90 if possible in something like Time Spy.

If there's a temp sensor on that card for it, it would be in one of those two. GDDR6 doesn't run that hot though, so it's not really something you need to pay attention to. It's in the same vein of chipset temps with motherboards on everything but X570, it's nice to have a sensor but odds of it getting anywhere close to dangerous are practically zero.

Technically, yes I do however I have yet to make and post a video. I've thought about getting into it, and I plan to but we're also trying to get some reno's done in preparation to sell and build a new house next year. We have a good opportunity to get a large piece of land up in a town called Salmon Arm so we're preparing for that change. Later this year I may have time to do a few videos, and I plan on designing in a space to film in the new house.

TLDR: Not yet but it's planned lol

For their internet service? I doubt it's an option. If they're on Fixed Wireless NBN it means they're probably in an area that is not getting a wired connection. It's just the messed up way Australia is doing internet. Just go with it.
He mentioned he's already using ethernet to the router.

Try it again during peak hours when you normally get congestion and see how it goes. You can adjust the number of packets it sends by changing the "30" number to whatever number of packets you want to send.
Fortnite servers should be in Sydney AFAIK, so that shouldn't be an issue.

Unfortunately there's most likely nothing you can do about it.

They're just trying to sell you a more expensive plan. Which ISP mate?
What plan are you on? What technology FTTN, FTTP, FTTC, HFC, ADSL, ADSL2, Satellite, 3G/4G mobile? How are you connected to your router? Wifi or ethernet?

Do you always get packet loss or is it only in one game?

Toggles between Multi Rail and Single Rail modes on the PSU. Just leave it set to Multi Rail.
TechQuickie has a video explaining the difference between the two which will give you a basic idea of what it is.

Your Ryzen 2200G + GTX 1060 will use around 200w.
Having too high of a wattage won't really hurt it, so whether you buy it now or later isn't much of a concern except for your wallet. May as well buy it later when you're actually getting the rest of the parts so you have a better idea of the system you're building. Or just hold off and keep an eye out for a sale on it and buy it when it goes on special.

For a normal single CPU/GPU System there is no reason to go 850W.

You have to push your CPU to 400W or more or the GPU to 500W or more.
That is very impractical for normal Desktop CPUs.

And you don't really benefit from "moar Watt" anyways. its just a waste of money.

It makes more sense to look for better quality units. Such as be quiet Dark Power PRO for example.
Or Corsair HX instead of the RM.

But going "Overwatt" has little to no benefit. Especially for Single Rail units.

For a consumer-level CPU and a single GPU, anything above 650W is completely useless.  Even with overclocking you're very unlikely to ever draw more than 500W.

If you really want to spend extra on a good PSU, look for something that has good efficiency (80+ platinum or titanium) and a nice long warranty.

HD559 sounded good (not as good as HD600 and not as comfy either), but def worth it for $70-80. In general you could say the HD600 has more detail and the HD559 has more soundstage (and thus better for gaming), although I find my HD600 fine for gaming.

Maybe look for the HD598/599 as they're about same price (atleast in my country) and a higher tier headphone.

Sennheisers are known for a certain "sound signature", meaning their headphones sound quite different than other headphones. So if you're willing to upgrade to a HD600 eventually, go for the HD558/HD598 (or the updated versions) to get a "feel" for the sound signature. They're also fine without an amp.

I really had to get used to the sennheiser sound coming from a completely different brand (logitech and plantronics) and actually disliked the sennheiser sound the first week. After giving it a good listen, I fell in love with the sound signature and I don't see myself going to another brand anytime soon.

I would just buy them and return if you don't like them. Most webshops allow 30 days to return for free.

byers 990s are really comfortable right out of the box, no clamp issues whatsoever (unlike the HD600 which clamps like hell when unboxed).

Byers 990 250 ohms do benefit from an amp, but there's also a ~30ohm variant which doesn't.

The 990s main problem is treble as they can be really sharp/annoying - the high notes will be really dominant and the mids aren't as forward/clean as I would like. For some people this isn't an issue and if that's the case, I would say it's a wonderful open-back headphone.  Another thing to note is that it doesn't have a removable cable, but I don't see how this would be an issue.

Byers 990 or HD558 are probably the best openbacks at that price point.

If you had more money or go for 2nd hand - I would say go for the HD600 (+amp) it is the best headphone i've heard and that includes the HD650, HD660s and HD800, but it's subjective I guess. But gosh do hd600 sound wonderful. Especially comparing it to my headset, I don't even know how I used to think that my old plantronics headset sounded good.
