i never had a problem running 10. and i hate setting up and using linux. thanks for the suggestion though, i guess

i just want it to be doing something more useful than gathering dust on my shelf

honestly apple have been a joke since jobs died. they completely stopped caring about innovation and are just a bunch of moneygrabs now
 
just as bad as alienware, pay $3000 for a glowing apple on your screen

honestly, nowadays 4GB should be minimum. especially considering games nowadays. 2GB would be acceptable only if you're playing older/lower requirement games
 
spend a bit more on the 1050 TI and get the 4GB

honestly i would just avoid RGB overall, it's just a gimmick

voodoo would be SLI, considering SLI came from voodoos in the first place iirc

i have a bad reputation with modern shit breaking easily. i stay away with thetried and tested technology

who said that someone keen on technology would do the reinstall... reminds me, i should reinstall windows on my sister's laptop, it's slowed down to a crawl due to the OEM bloatware

iirc the last install was a drive transfer, i never actually reinstalled. just moved the drive from my old pc to the new one without reinstalling

So, what's the prettiest Graphics card in your opinion? out of all the versions and variants i've seen, ever.. i'd say the STRIX 980 ti is the best looking
 

 
the 1070/1080 versions aren't really that nice though

unless it's a type C, then you'll need an adapter

ill stick to my case for now... already spending a lot for the psu and gpu, ill get a case when I feel safe doing a mobo swap and actually feel the need to, ill reply to this thread if I get any more issues
