    Hello, I want to upgrade my pc for a little while, but due to a small budget problem I can't anymore, but I was wondering if I can add more ram in my other 2 unused RAM slots for more total ram. I have a q6600 and my motherboard is a ASUS P5K-E Deluxe/WIFI-AP. Thanks

    try switching download servers. If you have a VPN or a Proxy, disable those.

    Try removing your gpu and use your cpu as your gpu. If it starts booting try going into the bios and check the temps of your cpu. If your processor is overheating it could lead to crashes.

    I wanted to wait so I could also upgrade my hd 6870 at the same time with my processor but my mouse broke and I thought fck it, I'll just buy an expensive one and be done with it.

    Yeah, I was planning to do that, but I recently bought overwatch and I kinda want to play that without being able to count my fps with my hands. I heard that AMD is going to release new processors soon and I expect that the prices of processors will drop.

    Hello So I want to upgrade my old Q6600 and I don't know what processor I need to pick. Intel core I5 6500 with a ASUS h110 plus and 8 gigs of DDR4 Corsair vengeance LPX 2400MHz Or an AMD FX 8350 with the Wraith cooler with the Gigabyte GA-970 gaming and 8 gigs of Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz

    and 2 way sli is not the smatest decicion, if you need a good gpu, pick a rx 480 or a 1060 or 1070 depending on your budget what you have left

    Hi Do you really need 16 gigs of RAM? Because 8 gigs is enough to game with. And concider upgrading the CPU to a 8350

    Are the stock coolers good on these processors? because I need to cut down on the coolers if I want one of these.

    Hello I need to upgrade my processor and I don't know wich one would be better for gaming. I found these two: Intel core i5 4460 and the amd FX 8350. Their primary use will be gaming but also some light schoolwork. I'd like to hear your opinion about this. Thanks!

    You can wait for the gtx 1080 or 1070 to buy those cards or that the prices go down on older gpu's. A power supply upgrade would probably be necessary for a gpu upgrade. If you have some spare money you could also buy some more ram.

    Hello Did you try to use a another monitor? If this happens with a another monitor, your GPU is probably dead, if this does not happen, then it is the port or the monitor.

    Restarting didn't fix the problem, I'm going to wait a night and see if that fixes it
