    They aren't BAD MB's.

It's just there are better out NOW, AORUS is the best currently period with the Z390 MB's.

The ASUS boards could throttle with those VRMs as they are weak for the 250W CPU, other than that $500 board you are looking at.

That is all we are really saying.

Ok, Asus listened to my plea and released BIOS today. For some reason some settings are not made it from previous version and seems like this version is quite slow - while on ASRock motherboard replacing 81xx CPU with 82xx counterpart gave me about 15-20% of performance boost, the Asus m/b only gives me about 5-7% increase in CBr20 and CBr15 got even slower than it was on 6186. Interesting...

Preparing for the upgrade - if only Asus support would be as good as ASRock one - i have to validate my new CPUs on single socket board... Anyways - Xeon Platinum 8268, Cinebench R20 - 10471, Cinebench R15 - 4492. When Asus will make new BIOS for C621 SAGE i will be able to post dual CPU score with this beauty. And will be able to O/C the s... out of them. ASRock - you ROCK, Asus - you s^H don't.

New score with my current daily OC. Gonna run one again with a quite higher OC just to see how far I can take it. But this is definitely better than my last score and I'm pretty happy about that.
Edit: Gave up on the highly OC run with my GPU because as I was gradually running over and over with each new overclock I wasn't really noticing much of a difference each time, a couple points, and after a little bit the score actually went down from my daily OC, which was weird, even with nothing else running. Probably too unstable and was throttling my card, I'd imagine. Oh well, this second run with my Daily OC and running the Open GL test I got a 13 point improvement on the CPU score and an 11 FPS improvement on the OpenGL bench from the first score I posted. Should move me up the list to tie with the highest score I have seen from this CPU. Woo!
