They say it will be fixed with next revision.

IMO anything below 60C is safe.
If it starts getting over 60C then you should start getting worried about your case airflow.

That's basically two watercooling loops and a heat exchanger and there are several problems with this:
 
1) Computers produce hundreds of watts of heat which would kill the fish within minutes
 
2) a fish tank is just a big reservoir and even though it would slot down the rate at which your components heat up, the fish tank would rise in temperature until it is near boiling because fish tank coolers cannot handle hundreds of watts of heat
 
3) If you want to use a water chiller to cool a PC ther eis literally no point of having a fish tank, you can just use the water chiller directly on the PC. BTW a good 1000W water chiller will cost $500+ at least, usually a few thousands dollars.

you will have really poor cooling and probably worse then air cooling. if you have no radiators this will be bad seeing as the tubes wont transfer enough heat from the inside liquid to the outside

Nevermind, I figured it out, I had to press Alt + shift which cycles the layouts (Incase anyone ever finds this thread)

There should be an "options" somewhere on the language tab in the control panel, check to see if the input method is correct. If you didn't have it before you might have accidentally switched them around (there's a hotkey windows key + space).

There will be a LAN-driver on the website of your MOBO. You always need a LAN-driver to be able to use the internet. (Download all your drivers on a USB before building a PC and then you can install them from the USB)

4.1GHz is looking good after 20 minutes of AIDA64.
I don't know how to attach images in a reply but none of the cores went over 73°C.

The problem is prime95, it doesnt go well with haswell based cpus, so dont use it

Prime95 is not good for temperature.. It overrides the voltage and adds more (==> More heat)

I like everything except the HDD and case (bad luck with pretty much anything Toshiba, and I find that I like the look of the Prodigy more). What voltage are you running your 4690K at?
