When i was 2, me and my grandfater went to a store and there was a box full of cables in the corner, to which i fell in love with and ever since then i've been interested in cabling and doing computer stuff. Started writing my first PHP codes when i was 7.

ShadowofReason's Achievements

  1. well. LTT + Madrinas coffee custom RED mags? - 3D printed enclosure. - Order passthrough pcb's from somewhere. - aliexpress for some cheap SSD's. ????? profit.
  2. I put in the two Red drives because i didn't need them on my file server, so they were just laying in the box they got shipped with and this computer has to run for 24/7, so i thought why not.
  3. When i started building this, i did not set a budget for myself.. I just started getting the hardware from business partners, that i have deals with. I spent 1400€ on the rig. (Keep in mind i get special discounts)
  4. So recently i decided that i need a new office computer and here's what i came up with. Specifications: CPU AMD FX-9590 (4.7GHz) Turbo up to 5.0Ghz MB ASUS CROSSHAIR V FORUMLA-Z RAM 32GB | 2x Crucial 16GB kit (8GBx2) DDR3 Ballistix Sport GPU 2 x ASUS Radeon R9 x280 DirectCU II (R9280X-DC2T-3GD5) [Crossfired] Case NZXT H440 Red/black Storage 120GB Samsung EVO 840 SSD, 2x WD RED 3TB PSU Seasonic X-1250W Display(s) 2x ASUS VG248QE monitors Cooling CPU: Enermax ELC-LMR120S-BS Liqmax II // GPU: Stock Keyboard Steelseries APEX Mouse Steelseries Rival Sound Motherboard / Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 + Steelseries Sibera V2 headphones. 5. Thank you guys for all of your answers. I guess i have to get an extra R280X then because i already have one..
  6. Hello. What are the pros and cons of crossfiring R9280-DC2T-3GD5 and R9280X-DC2T-3GD5? Thanks in advance.
  7. You could try the blue drive still but personally i'd go with a WD Black/Green drive.
  8. Looks good to me aswell. The only thing that scares me is that WD Blue drive. Those fellas tend to die on me.... or maybe that's just my bad luck .
  9. APB Reloaded, World of Tanks.
  10. I'd recommend going with the Netgear router but what are you trying to achieve ? Are you trying to set one of them up as a switch or as an extra access point ?
  11. I got the Enermax ELC-LMR120S-BS Liqmax II to cool my AMD FX9590. http://gyazo.com/9f7d8e7a66579c66ce7a6ada2fa28d5d<- A screenshot of HWMonitor and AMD System Monitor. ( Fans set to performance mode. )
