Apparently after a manual review of AdroedTV.s last video you still decided to take your 10 cents from AdoredTV your being Misled video. I find this reprehensible as after watching his video and seeing only a fleeting 1 minute worth of your previous clip this in my opinion counts as fair use as he is utilising your fotage ina transformative manner highlighting the issues of false Marketing a point you yourself was leading towards in your video but not fully willing to shout from the roof tops. PLease review your decision, As this also seems to be a last Hurrah from AdoredTV. Regards Long time watcher who might after this, think again and walk away like many others.

I got a soft squidgy mashed keyboard it doesn't make a sound as its so old it has a rubber membrane that separates the two touch plates until you press the key. lighting is a table lamp next to it I can put in different colour bulbs if i want a sudo RGB effect, a Red Green or Blue filament lamp..

I would love the Roccat Kova to move around as it's such a big cat it would scare the bejeebers out of my little dog.

or use in line splices with heatshrink covers or insulation tape. Be very careful when applying the heat from a heat gun as you can easily burn the plastic sleeving of the cables. inline splices i believe is much better than solder joints as not many can solder the joint properly and end up with a lumpy mess whereas a inline crimp splice will always have a decent connection and a neat job every time.

thanks for the advice Im still looking into the full mod, but Ive bit the bullet, stripped her down and taken the power supply unit apart. the fan was on two wires chopped not far from the fan replaced with a new one, same size but a bit thinner proper stripping and crimping techniques used on in line splices (im an electronics engineer after all lol. wrapped up properly with insulation tape after to protect them and applied a few Tywraps (other cable tieing products are available.)within the psu to ensure safety and airflow. rebuilt the system and applied some cable management thorough clean as hey when in Rome. powered up and ran a stress test to make sure the fan is pushing out adequate heat away from the case. so far so good and a quiet system to boot. case mod maybe on my G5 instead.

Reading your thread: have you thought about cleaning out the fan giving the netbook a good spring clean and a can of air cleaner would be a far cheaper option than asking for a laptop considering the costs involved to Linus. get yourself a nice anti static area a small phillips cross head screwdriver a toothbrush and a little box for the screws when you take them out so you dont loose them. don't take to much off as you only need access to the fan maybe check the memory modules take them out and reseat them if required. good luck you can bring it back to health with a bit of TLC. if it is a little more serious you could have an attempt at reseating the heatsink with some fresh coolant paste Arctic is usually the type of choice but on a laptop this is a little more the last thing you would do unless your a little more confident in your ability.
