    Hey, I would not recommend unplugging the top fan, that fan is what also helps cool the video card. I also thought of different ways of cooling my T3500, so I have including pictures of what I did to mine, hope this helps.

    It is the black 5 pin connector next to the floppy drive connector. To be able to use it with a standard 4pin fan you will need an adapter like this one.

    Continued:
     
    Putting the parts in the case. I will be possibly changing out the power supply, but I have had these pictures taken for awhile.
