  1. Just my humble gaming machine happens because I found this case for a good price, the Primo P115 Specs: 4690k @ 4.5ghz + CM Seidon 120V H97I-PLUS 8GB 1600 C7 Galax/KFA2 GTX1060 3GB OC krpw-sx400w/90+ Crucial MX200 + WD 1TB The original plan was to fit my 290 and an ATX psu in there but it got too crowded and too hot, as this case's airflow design sucks, no ventilation in the GPU area so I decided to get an SFX 400W psu and a GTX1060 instead sleeving an old server 80mm fan The final build as I mentioned this case's design sucks at parts, the GPU height is very restrictive, and even when I'm using a standard height card with extension cables it protrudes over the side panel, so custom acrylic panel came to the rescue I think it looks nice enough consider the case only costs 1/6th the price of an NCASE M1 thanks for vewing // will post more pictures and a new custom side panel is coming, thanks
  2. I found a supermicro X7DWN+ and 2x X5450 for very cheap and sadly they're not in the same steppings, one is SLASB and one SLBBC and I just cannot get windows to boot, remove one it runs fine, swap, fine, two at the same time, BSOD
  3. that old quad will bottleneck the mofuggin shit out of the 1080
  4. I just worry about the vrm temps. If set to 1170mhz @ +100mv vrms will get to 116 oC. And there is 2 fans blowing to the board 4cm away as you can see in the picture. I hate to know that I can't game at 1170mhz even when my gpu and gpu temps allow it
  5. I have a R9 290 with modded with a Deepcool Maelstrom 240T , OCed GPU temps are 65 oC but the VRMs can get over 105 oC I wonder if I can add an EK block to the AIO loop like this AIO Pump + block on CPU > vga block > radiator my CPU is i5 4460 0.91V 55 oC gaming (plan to upgrade to 1230V3) will the aio pump be sufficient? the pump spec: 2.4W - 2200rpm
  6. You did the impossible but imo AIO will look much cleaner in such tight builds
  7. the fuq, that 970 mobo cost at least 50$ used
