Pinson's Achievements

  1. Dropping into echo Pop!_OS. It's what I use at my job and it works great. Especially if you have a dedicated graphics card as it makes it really easy to get it working in Linux with easy ways to manually turn it on and off.
  2. Castle Crashers is fun. It's been out a while though, so you may have already picked it up. I sank countless hours into this game on XBLA before I got my PC rig. I even rebought it on Steam and beat it again. Any of the Paradox Interactive Grand Strategy games (Victoria 2 and Europa Universalis IV are my specific recommendations) can be played cooperatively, yet may not usually be. I have a great load of fun playing these games with friends orchestrating the downfall of other countries. You could also get into betrayal (heh). There is a learning curve however, Battleblock Theater is hair-pulling, yelling, crazy, puzzling fun. Hope I could be of assistance!
  3. Wow. Definitely glad that I asked here before I pulled the trigger. Thanks everyone!
  4. Just saw that the price was dropped from $60 to $40. Those that have it: is it worth $40? Or is it just a glorified add-on for BF4? (I have BF4 Premium...)
  5. Monument Valley is amazing but short. I got it on sale for a dollar though, and it was certainly worth every penny. ($$$) Leo's Fortune is a nice, simple, beautiful platformer that works fantastic on a touchscreen.($$$) Bloons TD 5 is simply addicting yet somewhat strategic.($$$) Hearthstone is Hearthstone. Proven good, yet could become a money sink. (Freemium) Peggle Blast is a fantastic FREE game that you can progress through with short bursts of play. Most casual on this list and the one I most recommend. (Unnecessary micro-transactions) Finally, a more obscure game, First Strike 1.2. Nuclear war simulation/strategy game. Take a lot of pre-planning, lots of fun. ($$$) ($$$) = costs money Hope I was of assistance!
  6. I used to be a huge NFS fan during the days of the original Xbox. These newer ones have dashed my expectations for any future releases though... I'll still keep an eye on the reviews.
