If you have the money go for Cloud 2. For the OS performance improvement I don't think so. You wouldnt see much improvement unless your the type of person to have 10 programs running with 20 tabs on google chrome.

Down grade your CPU to I5 4690k and get the 970. Also downgrade your psu you dont need that much.

The K70 and G710's are equal in nearly all respects so choose based on the type of mechanical key switches you prefer. If you like responsive mx Reds then buy the K70, if you like the clicky mx Blues then buy the G710, and if you like the middle ground mx Browns then buy the G710+.
