I think app support is still lacking but it is coming. I think its the community that drives the growth of a app ecology though. Means more users using the OS= more apps and more developer support

Hey so Microsoft just unveiled their Windows Phone 8.1 OS recently and the improvements were very significant!! I was like damn amazed by the improvements that they've made to the phone and the OS itself Plus with the added digital assistant Cortana seems amazing. A blend of Google Now and Siri. You think the new look and Cortana would even make you consider a Windows Phone 8 now that its become better? I mean it doesn't lag as much as lower end Androids do cause most of the hardware is optimized to the phone.. What do you think?

True dat. I feel like some people would buy anything just as long as there's an Apple logo on it.. But anyhow, Steve Jobs really was very good with marketing. not sure whether Tim Cook will succeed.

Anyone here has a smart watch? Will you pay money for it? Been seeing a lot of Nike Fuelbands lately. It's so not worth it from where I'm from. haha But what do you guys think of smart watches? Will you get it if something like the iWatch is announced? Do you think it'll be as successful as when the 1st iPad was announced, giving life to the world of tablet, seeing the relativity that everyone needs it or you think it'll be an utter failure?

But have you actually used a low end Android device before? Really...One that isn't really flagship specs when it 1st launched...Like a Galaxy y or a Galaxy mini. Those running on single cores. And btw. I am an Android user. I've rooted my Galaxy SL and had CM10 on it. and currently using an Xperia ZL. It by all means have way better specs than your S3. I am an avid Android user. But I never deny the fact of a good OS when i see one. Just feel that WP is really a good OS that doesn't get enough credit cause of their slow growth due to their late entry in the industry for it to grow into a better OS. And dude. Try a low end Android device. No lag? You either haven't installed anything on it or you're just denying that fact. Android really can't run well without good specs on the hardware. Anyone can tell you that. It's really horrible, unresponsive and all..

Is the G710+ good? Wanna change to a Mech keyboard. Using a G510 now. Though there's some tactile feel on these, but not as good as a mech

Devs can only compiled apps from the Eclipse SDK on dedicated dev phones to test their app on real hardware. Other than that the Eclipse SDK offers a VM to test. Side loading is downright illegal cause its piracy. And game cracking as well.. This is the reason why iOS gets apps more than Android cause Google does not care for piracy due to its open source mentality. Devs are losing money more than making cause one good app that needs to pay, everyone starts cracking and sideloading.

Its not legal to begin with -WP don't depend on Zune or Skydrive to run. Skydrive is like Google Drive. It's the same thing. Cloud service Zune is already discontinued btw -less crappy device selection. I dare you to use a Galaxy y for a month. And i swear to you you will love that S3 so much you will never let it go -It syncs with IE. (not the best browser in the world but it works on WP) -Nexus aren't subsidized here. Not everyone is from the US. hello? -Apps could grow if given the opportunity to do so with more customer support. Android had the same run when they came out with the 1st Android phone. It was terrible. Google is amazing no doubt and growing. But as an alternative phone with the small price bracket. Android or WP?

I think it would solve so much if MS could just give more support to devs on WP to make more apps or be like blackberry to port apps instead of being such a stuck up by competing with Google..

I think its possible with the Haswell chip to have 8 hours battery life, seeing that that Razer Blade could withstand upto 6 hours. Which was unheard of. My Asus N56 could only last 3 to its max..
