Yo, I oced my 1060 just a bit, to like 150+ core clock in msi afterburner, now my pc starts, works for like 15secs, and then display freezes

Yo, Got my new system, it is running smoothly, but i wanted a bit more juice out of it. So i OC'ed my CPU to 4.2Ghz, its a i5-6600k with krakenx41, temperatures on load are 41oC on average, and i oc'ed my gpu just a bit to offset +100. I wanted to ask, is it true or myth that overclocking can damage your lifespan of components?

Need help with drivers. Especially audio Drivers. Any headphone i plug in i cant hear it, i download the mobo drivers, but it cant install. It says : Does not support this operating system. Error: WNT_10.0P_64. I have Windows 10 x64bit installed
