not worried about my internet got Gig here and more than happy to put a cap on my PC, the apps do give money but not much, and yes the 5900x is WAAAAAAAAY too OP for this alone and selling it is only getting me about £250 right now got it back in early 2020 for £525, at that time this was cheap

there are a few apps that utilise my internet as a hub and I will be running a few of those plus some other apps too

Right now I have an AMD 5900X as my main CPU in my current build and I have gone with a new 7800X3D and want to reuse my current CPU rather than selling it. Current config is: 5900X 64GB DDR4 3200MHz Asus X570-F I have a few spare parts laying around and will be using it when I move the current CPU: Inwin 101 case Artic 750W Gold PSU some case fans will buy a new cooler (not sure which one, it will be an air cooler) I would like to use it as a VM machine and run some programs that would generate me some ez money, and maybe do a file sharing stuff too Not sure on what to use with this, I have seen Linus use FreeNAS and UNraid and others to create VMs and do that 7 gamers 1 CPU stuff back in the day and currently also using it too. I would like suggestion on what to use on the OS side and what other things that I could use it for, what can I run on this?

Don't like this "feature" at all, I use voicemeeter and every time I wanted to get something from the overflow tab I would accidently press the mic button and it opens up the security window, NOT GOOD MS NOT GOOD. Also there is no way of removing the icon at all, also NOT GOOD if anyone suggest, BuT yOu CaN dIsAbLe MiC AcCsEsS, just grow up, if I disable it how can I use my mic then?!?!?!?

After getting in touch with the RMA people and getting my heads on a brand new Corsair HX1000 psu and getting with the place I have bought the gpu from. NONE HAVE SOLVED MY ISSUE, no one will help me at all, no one will take the gpu back or fix it. Now I am stuck with this paperweight that is useless and expensive. I cannot express how much I HATE the people at Asus for saying "oh sorry we don't give replacement for your gpu" This has been a nightmare for me and I cannot take it anymore. I will NOT buy anymore products made by Asus

I will try to get in touch with Asus RMA team or something and see if they can help. I will also get in touch with the place I got it from and see if they can send another one as well, I hope that this can get sorted out soonTM

So I have finally gotten a RTX 3090 and what do you think happens when I install it in my PC? nothing, only full fan speed and no boot or POST, nada, nothing at all. RGB works, lights are on, no image on screen and the EZ Debug on my MSI mobo is on the "VGA" so that it is defiantly the GPU I have.... I am unsure what to do now, I have done almost everything I can do to get the new gpu working and nothing works, you may suggest to contact Asus for a replacement well they say they can't send me a replacement and only the place I have gotten it from can send me a replacement, the place I have bought it from doesn't send replacements and told me to contact Asus for a replacement and so on and so on.... I have also tried this gpu on a friend's system with a 1200w PSU, it might have been my PSU not giving full power to the gpu but nope. I have used THREE cables from the PSU to the GPU, no daisy chain, still nothing. Edit: to add a few things, I am using a riser cable and no it didn't help plugging the gpu directly to the mobo, I have set the PCIE to Gen 3 in the BIOS My specs: AMD 5900x OC with AMD PBO MSI X570-A Pro (latest BIOS update, non beta) 64GB Corsair RG RAM EVGA 750GQ PSU EVGA RTX 2080 (my old one that works fine, boots fine and plays fine)

So short story long... Wait So I sold off my old motherboard to someone I know locally and with it my old CPU too, the MSI B350 PC MATE & 3700X Yes they are good stuff, I have new ones now. The issue, the person who I sold the stuff to put the CPU onto the mobo and spilled a bit of thermal paste into the socket, ouchies, well CPU and mobo work how? Tried CPU on mine a MSI X570 A PRO. Mobo tried the loaner kit CPU, A8-9600 RAM is GSKILL F4-3200C16D-16GTZR Here is the issue, when I boot up the mobo with the loaner kit, the bios get stuck at the BIOS settings menu and I can't even do anything with my keyboard at all, the "ez debug led shows: boot" not sure why? No HDD or sad are installed. So tell me what is wrong with this mobo? Is it the CPU not working or is it the ram?

So some update on the situation, I have emaildd EVGA support and thyley asked for pictures of the card. Sent them the pictures and because of the sticker is not there, the warranty is voided... So the only thing to do now is wait for the auction house to respond to my emails and see if I can sort things out. Thanks all for the help, and if u guys have any other suggestions please do let me know, I am all ears

Well to answer your questions... 1. the card didn't have a "condition" on the page, so not sure of its used or new... tho the condition of the card when received was "used" and was damaged while shipping, dents and bents too. 2.not sure how to answer this one, tho the auction house do sell "returned items, ex-display and such"... 3. I have tried a different PCI-E slots as well as cables still no go, can't really try a different rig cuz I don't have any other PC nor do I know someone who can help me with this... I am have already sent emails to the auction house, going to see if they would respond and sort things out.
