First, for all those wondering about the case, The Bolt 3 uses a re-branded Lian-Li PC-O5S. Link >>> http://www.lian-li.com/en/dt_portfolio/pc-o5s/
I'm preparing to build a Bolt 3 inspired PC using the mATX Lian-Li PC-O6SX (arriving this week) and Zotak 980 Ti Arctic Storm on custom watercooling loop using the Swiftech H220-X.
Here's a break down.
Bolt 3: $$4,075 Link >>> https://www.digitalstorm.com/configurator.asp?id=1249033
Self built: $2163 Link >>> http://pcpartpicker.com/p/HPYYZL
Total savings: $1912 and change for a better version of the 980 ti, RAM (better Hertz to CAS balance), and expandable mATX board if I decide to add another 980 Ti when 4k monitors get higher hertz.
THAT'S A 60%+ MARKUP! Completely ludicrous. If this takes fifteen hours to build, it's $100 an hour labor. Ten hours, $150 an hour. That's $1542 for a light up Digital Storm logo and "clean hands".
