I still have not figured out how Microsoft updates Office Apps on Windows 10. On the Mac updates simply come in on the app store. On Windows 10 I can open the Office app or the individual Office applications themselves and I can find no way to install updates.
This is also a reminder to not "upgrade" to macOS Big Sur.
