The latest AMD 20.9.2 Drivers are pretty great. A lot of fixed issues. (Not that I had many) Also the previous 20.9.1 Drivers are WHQL now.

    I've had -

    RX 570 and 7870, pretty solid.  Never had any crashing or black screens

    VEGA Frontier, Abortion.  Never should have been a thing.  The worst driver experience I've ever had.

    970, 1080, 1080ti, all solid.  

     

    for me at least, AMD does mid range and older cards ok, but higher end and "dual use" cards are not good.
