Ordering from Dell.com is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. So my gf ordered a Dell XPS 15 with a GTX 1650 on the 14th, it has yet to arrive. I Ordered my new MBP on the 17th and it arrived a week ago. My Mac shipped with FedEx, her Dell shipped with FedEx. What possible reason for the delay could there be other than Dell taking their time shipping orders and Dell using a lower tier of shipping resulting in multi week delays?
