    Upgrades to what? Maybe my MacBook but I don’t really need more power.

    Nope. I've already got an R5 2600, 16GB of RAM and an RX 580. Don't need anything more.

    Meh, everyone says that. But this computer probably has about a year of uptime by now. No reason to believe it will explode like the PSU snobs say it will.

    @DrMacintosh It's not even that. I've owned that PSU and it was just loud. Louder than even my HDD. It's just a really bad PSU.

     

    Having peace of mind knowing that there's a solid PSU in a system is a reason to upgrade.

    It is the loudest thing in my system, but its not loud enough to overpower anything that I'm doing or be annoying. If you want to pay for a new PSU for me, I'll gladly take it xD
