Gotta tell ya...for how unpopular it appears to be, the iPhone XR is probably the best budget-model iPhone that Apple's ever released.  It's like they returned to the iPhone 5c concept, learned from their mistakes, and did it right this time.

    I used to be very critical of the XR but now I’m actually all on board with it now that I spent some more critical time with it. It having a unique landscape features was a big part of it

    Apple is expanding Haptic Touch to the Notification shade so really all I’ll be missing out on is peak and pop in Safari tbh. Apple just even replace that with a long press too.

    Too killer. I think $599 is too cheap, $700 would be more reasonable. Would bring it on par with the 8 Plus in terms of price.
