Ends up being cheaper than using Apples education discount because sales tax would push the cost up to like $2,745

    Nah, just power limit the CPU to 20W when in Windows and the GPU won't throttle and the CPU will maintain boost clocks. In macOS idc if it throttles

    Not hard to do

    2.2GHz i7 has no problem being configured down to 20W. Actually going down to 15W makes it awesome.
