Two big things wrong with this CNN

A 6/2 margin is not narrow and a 6/2 margin only accounts for 8 Justices.....there are 9 Justices!

    I believe the "narrowly" is in regards to the scope of their decision as it basically is for this case only and not meant to set any kind of broader precedent, which the article goes into.
